Club Downunder Event Manager• Manage events that range in attendance from 50-8,000 people at various locations, and leading a group of 10-12 staff and volunteers.• Collaborate with University to contract artists and entertainers within a $50K budget and ensure guest and audience safety.Hospitality Coordinator • Hire, train, and schedule 7 volunteers and 2 staff members, as well as coordinate with performers to arrange set-ups and shopping trips for entertainer’s needs.• Manage a budget of $10K for entertainers performing at our venues.Club Downunder and Union Productions is an entertainment venue at Florida State University. Our mission is to bring entertainment to the students of Florida State by showcasing a variety of performances by bands, comedians, public speakers, and special events.
