Experienced in social media strategy, content creation and reporting.General Responsibilities in Role:• Share proactive, creative recommendations with supervisor and client including, but not limited to, social media engagement strategies, new pitch angles and content ideas, and target partnerships and events• Responsible for creating social media content from strategic planning to copy, creative assets and cadence, as well as monthly metrics reporting• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media including traditional outlets and bloggers• Plan and coordinate events, managing vendors and overall logistics• Develop high-quality written materials such as a press releases, media advisories, pitches, op-eds, scripts, blog posts/web copy etc.• Draft and distribute media materials including press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, speaking points, boilerplate language, FAQs, photos & captions and by-lined articles
