As the Administrative Assistant for the Dean's Office, I was the first point of contact. I worked with students, parents and faculty walk-ins who had questions, managed appointments, and answered the phone. I worked on the details and logistics of every event for the office. In this role, I also assisted in design and recruiting.

I created community within the residence halls and apartments, working with students from freshmen to seniors. I organized events and programs for staff and residents that were both educational and engaging. As an RA, I enforced university guidelines for students to form a safe, bonded living environment. I also served on multiple RA planning committees.
