I am a broad-based thinker, deeply committed to the very best life-long outcomes for ALL children. I know that this means creating supports for families through community networks and education/information. As a trainer and consultant, I help build bridges for practitioners from theory to practice, translating the most current research into applicable and easy to understand formats with inspiring content that is both motivating and actionable. As an entrepreneur, I know how important innovation and iteration are for keeping any enterprise relevant and thriving and this expertise informs my work in all arenas.I believe collaboration, relationship building, and innovative, creative thinking are keys for success in any field. I have been priveleged to transform a beloved, small preschool program into a thriving, full-scale, progressive preschool. To support the lifelong learning that we model in preschool, our program provides a unique Parent University program to engage and enrich the lives of the parents and caregivers of our youngest community members. We are constantly evaluating the quality of our program through both formal and informal processes, innovating and stretching ourselves to remain relevant and research-based +nurturing and developmental. I am the sole proprietor of an LLC that is committed to inspiring, engaging, and equipping womxn to lead purpose-driven lives. Good Girls, Unlimited offers classes, experiences, and retreats that encourage self-care, self-curiosity, and self-compassion.I am interested in opportunities in the intersection of education and technology, training teachers and consulting with program leaders for quality improvement, keynote speaking, as well as community partnerships rooted in early childhood education and feminist values. I believe that, together, we can do great things.
