- Working together with our internal stakeholders and agency, strategically plan, write and execute the annual channel marketing plan for the commercial and residential channels of our business. - Manage and mentor a team of four within the marketing department including setting annual goals, giving reviews and successfully advocating for their raises and promotions. Acted as an interim director for the entire marketing department (12 full time employees) for six months. - During the four years he was in his position, I acted as the strategic right-hand for the Marketing Director. Serve as one of the main points of contact for our agency of record, providing strategic direction and feedback, approvals and weekly planning. - Identify top “barriers-to-entry” for our first time users and develop programs that work to remove those barriers to create customers for life. - Lead the marketing strategy for major product line launches and rebranding campaigns for existing product lines.

- Solely responsible for the B2C and B2B marketing of a 1.2 million square foot regional shopping center located in central Denver, working with over 80 different merchants to increase their sales and traffic - Plan and execute an annual marketing budget of $570,000 including travel and tourism, social media, promotions, events, cause-related and branding efforts. - Successfully managed a full set of marketing related vendors and business partners including multiple agencies, print houses, media partners, nonprofits and local hotels - Act as social media director for shopping center’s presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; building a solid relationship with our community on each social media channel - Execute events from inception to completion including logistics, budget planning and leading day-of event implementation - Trained for director position with Forest City from September 2010 - March 2012
