I'm an outside the box thinker with a fondness for new ideas and process development and a knack for synthesizing complex information.My career as a marketing and communications professional began at the Ohio Nurses Association (ONA) immediately after college, where I touched all areas of the association through communications and/or technological work. I also managed the association's association management system and biennial convention. In 2023, I transitioned to the LeadingAge Ohio - an organization whose mission and values I believe in.
