LeadingAge Ohio is a membership organization which represents almost 500 pre- and post-acute providers of long term services and supports. Our members serve nearly 400,000 Ohioans annually through life plan communities (CCRCs), affordable and market-rate housing, nursing facilities, assisted living and adult day centers, county homes, home health providers and hospice and palliative care programs. LeadingAge Ohio advocates for changes that will drive quality, foster innovation and ultimately provide greater access and value in care options for aging Ohioans.
