As the Account Director over the SC Johnson Home Cleaning brand and cross-category scale, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and longer-term planning for over 10 brands, globally. • Legacy brands: Pledge, Windex, Drano, Scrubbing Bubbles, Shout, Fantastik, Duck, Mr Muscle, Lysoform and KabiKiller Leading end-to-end marketing program development with focus on brand building, retail/shopper marketing, and interconnected experience solutions. From strategic planning, to concept ideation and development to flawless program implementation and post execution appraisal.Effective and collaborative cross-functional leader, with emphasis on building and maintaining excellent cross-functional relationships and strengthening collaborations to deliver timely world-class creative solutions for our client, ultimately yielding $12.1MM net sales for SC Johnson Home Cleaning vs.previous year.Fostering strategically based creative outputs via in-depth understanding of regional nuances, market needs, data and mindsets along the consumer journey, with a keen eye for design. Adept at assimilating extensive amounts of detailed data. Ability to see the big picture, and to subsequently analyze and summarize into easily digestible direction for the agency team to apply and action.Leading efforts for office’s largest client, and personally managed a $5M global piece of business.
