Responsible for developing and executing the Bank's digital banking and cash management strategy, overseeing product portfolio risk, serving as product and project manager, and leading the team that provides end-to-end cash management and digital banking service. Product portfolio includes retail and business digital banking, merchant and mobile deposit capture, ACH and online wire transfer origination, account-to-account and person-to-person transfers, and bill payment. Also oversee ancillary business deposit services, such as sweep accounts, positive pay, and account analysis.

As Cash Management Officer, I increased deposit revenue by expanding on our existing portfolio while also identifying new opportunities, calling on new businesses and individuals, and promoting deposit and cash management products. I worked with lenders to cross-sell cash management and deposit products to existing and new lending clients. I contracted new Cash Management clients, and played an integral role as a key-contact during their on-boarding. I also performed on-site implementations, trainings and annual site visits.I worked with Operations to analyze pricing and fee structures for deposit accounts and services, and played an active role in the development of new Bank product offerings.

As the point of contact for all Cash Management clients, I provided support for Online Banking, Bill Pay, Account Analysis and Sweep accounts. I purchased, maintained, and managed the Bank's inventory of Remote Deposit Capture scanners while also researching and proposing scanner manufacturers and models, ensuring the Bank stays at the cutting edge of technology while also getting the best value.I assisted the Cash Management Manager with contracting and implementing all new Cash Management clients.
