I started my career in design and strategy for growing restaurants.Then I got the opportunity to join the world of food + tech, where I discovered my passion for chasing growth - particularly within ambitious, early stage, scaling businesses. I thrive in messiness and ambiguity, delivering on strategic growth plans by redesigning daily operations to create processes that reduce pain points and increase efficiencies for internal and external partners.I have experience in food + tech, restaurants, catering, product innovation, vendor management, account management, supply chain, and business development.Most importantly, I love building – especially relationships, processes, and spaces that work. In the past 15 years I have developed and built 20+ new restaurant spaces, 3 food trucks, 1 DTC marketplace, 250 new menu item concepts, and countless new relationships and process innovations. Currently, I’m looking for the right business, or platform within a business, ready to set the stage for the next stage of growth - and needing the right operational processes to go big.
