Molly currently focuses on hospitality education, learning and development. Her passion is helping hospitality businesses elevate their workforce through thoughtful training and development for employees at all levels.Molly is a graduate from Cornell’s Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) Program, an accredited MBA-level graduate degree program focused on the hospitality industry. She is the author of the Wines eBook sold on www.hmbookstore.com, co-author of The Travel Agent Customer: Who Uses Travel Agents, Why They Use Them and What They Buy published by PhoCusWright’s ANALYSIS (2012), and the writer behind many, many sets of meeting minutes.Molly can be found speaking at leadership training sessions for the Junior League, and annually at conferences organized by the Council on Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education (CHRIE). She frequently presents on hospitality training, meetings management best practices and current hospitality trends.When Molly isn’t spouting out the latest travel industry facts and trends, she spends much of her time volunteering and traveling (of course) with her family.
