-Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to create written and video case studies, press releases, webinars, and blog posts, building upon the narrative of customer success with MicroStrategy.-Enabled the customer advocacy program by managing communications with over 70 customer advocates and presenters for MicroStrategy World, the company's annual user conference, attracting over 2,000 attendees.-In conjunction with the events team, managed communication and logistics for 8 analysts and high profile attendees at MicroStrategy events.-Independently managed the customer engagement program while the Customer Programs Manager was on sabbatical, completed all speaker reimbursement requests, created analyst briefing documents, oversaw the customer pipeline, generated media lists for public relations, and completed additional communication-related projects.-Worked with the communication team to mitigate a public relations crisis, assisted with media tracking and contributed to the development of a strategic crisis communication plan.
