Molly (she/her/hers) is a mental health clinician and eternal student with a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science. She found her clinical beginnings by accident in veterinary medicine. Realizing she would rather spend several hours on the floor with children and their dogs encouraging questions and expressions of ideas and feelings, she boxed up her stethoscope and scrubs and made her home in the field of social work. Molly has worked with youth and adults of diverse identities who are navigating complex, dynamic emotions and life contexts. To date, her work has centralized around anxiety, depression, and panic management; supporting chronic pain/illness and grief; as well as skill-building in realms of self-esteem, coping, and social-emotional learning. She is currently serving youth, adults, and families in a teletherapeutic capacity, has co-facilitated a handful of virtual support groups, and participated in community coalitions. Believing the client to be the expert in the room, she aspires to continually bring a collaborative, empathic, strengths-based, evidence-informed, and ecologically-mindful approach to her practice. She is delighted to make your acquaintance.
