Dynamic and dedicated HR professional currently creating a robust foundation in various HR functions through a two-year long rotational program at Avangrid. Starting as an Emergency Preparedness intern in 2022 and returning for a second summer as the HRBP intern in 2023, I was driven by a passion for strategic HR. After graduating from Ithaca College in December 2023, I began my program, gaining hands-on experience in Talent Development. Upon completion, I will move to the Onboarding and Employee Experience team for my second rotation, followed by my final rotation, the HRBP team. Known for my organizational skills, creativity, and authenticity, I am committed to broadening my HR expertise to become a well-rounded professional.
