Introduced social media channels to the Gallery and developed these into thriving and engaged communities. Developed and implemented iPod tours for the Gallery, including production of content, mapping and whole of organisation adoption.Contributed to major website review project and managed all online marketing content.

Developed and implemented campaign marketing activities, including The First Emperor campaign which resulted in the third biggest attendance in Gallery history. Drove activities and established partnerships to position the Gallery as a leading cultural destination for interstate and international tourists. Worked with the Corporate Events and Sponsorship teams on targeted business development activities.
