I have been focusing on Lean and Agile development, Scrum and XP for several years. I have introduced Scrum in some teams at some companies. I have done several Agile and Scrum training sessions. I am an active member of a Scrum Master Community.As an IT trainer, I teach and advise on incremental SW development (XP techniques, clean code, automated testing, construction of the test pyramid, CI/CD etc.).I lead several parallel trainings on the professional developer attitude, mainly from the Clean Coder book.I have 15+ years software development experience. I have focused on Microsoft stack (.Net, MS SQL and TFS) since 2008. I have more years experience in Application Lifecycle Management (Test Automation, CI, CD) and UML based design.
