CurrentOperate and monitor a variety of LPG plant equipment including compressors, valves, pumps, and distribution systems, while ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to rigorous safety protocols.Responsible for daily documentation of plant operations, inventory levels, and equipment performance data.Lead the safe and efficient loading and offloading of LPG trucks.Perform comprehensive quality control analysis on incoming LPG deliveries, including testing specific gravity, pressure, and temperature, to ensure the product meets the strict quality standards before accepting it into storage tanks.Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues through regular inspections. Promptly inform the maintenance team of any necessary routine maintenance tasks.Mentor and train new plant operators, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and effectively.Spearhead the training program for new hires from partner companies, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of safe and effective LPG facility operations.Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with maintenance teams for scheduling and executing equipment repairs and upgrades.Author technical reports and maintain accurate stock control forms.Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning by actively participating in training programs to stay abreast of industry best practices and updated safety regulations.Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards during operations.Actively participate in safety meetings and consistently adhere to established safety procedures.Contributes to a safe work environment by participating in project and job risk assessments, analyzing work processes, and recommending modifications to plant and equipment as needed.Possess a flexible and adaptable work style, readily taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
