• Handle leisure segment generated by own defined portfolio• Looking for new business lead such as Series, Ad Hoc group, Incentive group and FIT markets. • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.• Need to know competitor hotels up to date business situation and try to get new business from them. • Attend oversea tradeshows, travel functions, major business functions or as required/directed by the Director of Sales• Sales call to abroad and local district and develops relationships with potential clients to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities• Participate hotel occasional event such as Thank you party, X’mas lighting event, New year eve event. • To show hotel site inspections to prospective clients in order to make a good impression leading to sales• Demonstrate good working relationship with other departments maintaining effective communication and teamwork• Leadership, market intelligence (including competition), data, presentations, processes, targets and incentive schemes to develop a best practice on how to sell hotel

• Handle Corporate and Travel Agent segment.• During the sales process, will be responsible for negotiating contracts, pricing, credit terms, warranties and delivery dates. • Create promotion package such as Summer season, Water festival promotion and try to meet sales target.• Preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining well-organized documentation and reports, attending and participating in various sales and hotel staff meetings, and coordinating customer-service requests as needed. • Hotel sales departments also often participate in trade shows or other promotional events to solicit new business.
