Prepare all necessary for monthly payroll calculation, according to legal requirements Check monthly timesheets and import specific data in the payroll database Introduce medical leaves in the payroll database, Keep the relationship with the corresponding Romanian Authorities and submit monthly declarations and other requested information Prepare the fiscal declaration and submit it to Romanian Finance Administration Prepare labor contract, job description and all necessary documents for personnel fileKeep the General Ledger of Employees (REVISAL) and to inform the Territorial Work Inspectorate, within the provisions of the law, any changes that are to be brought to this ledger

Collect and centralized payroll supporting information (timesheets (across 90 regional offices), medical and holiday leave, salary changes, bonuses, etc.)Registering the new employees in the payroll system(wiz salary)Release of Certificates for current and ex employeesResponsible for tracking and applying the garnishmentsMonitor law changes and analyze their impact on employees and the company.Collaborate closely with local HR Manager Supportive of answering and responding to payroll related queries from employees.
