Duties encompassed conducting one-on-one career counseling sessions for Penn State students, addressing a spectrum of issues, including, but not limited to, selecting a college major, career decisions, refining interview and networking skills, and addressing personal challenges. Documentation and upkeep of counseling notes and records were also part of the role. I facilitated and interpreted standardized career assessments like the Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, collaborating with clients on the subsequent steps based on the results.Additionally, tasks involved fostering community connections and promoting awareness of career counseling services through dynamic and high-quality workshops covering various subjects such as interviewing, networking, and resume/CV development. I offered drop-in counseling, a time-restricted walk-in service, catering to diverse student career concerns within a specific timeframe.

Administered mental health counseling to approximately five college students per week. Integrated input from both individual and group supervision sessions on a weekly basis to enhance counseling approaches. Effectively managed the timely completion of progress notes, intake documents, termination forms, and client-related emails with a high level of organization.
