Mapped all business areas using a business process mapping software,Create policies and procedure for all relevant areas,Train and educate the business and departments of the processes, procedures and policies,Perform process gap analysis for each department to identify missing process weaknesses and new opportunities in the company’s implemented system,Maintain and manage the company’s repository that contains all policies, procedures, processes and org charts,Responsible for Change management aspect in the implementation of Oracle ERP to the business,Formulated the change management strategy for the Oracle project,Responsible for departmental SLAs and surveys and reporting back to management on the progress of the departments and which the problem areas are,Administer the Company Balanced Scorecard and collate the data on all the measures,Running quarterly meetings with management to provide feedback on the Company Balanced Scorecard,Manage and control the PPP (policies, procedures and processes) department budget,Develop and control the annual budget of the department.
