Current• Reviewed and analyzed all drawing documents to ensure that the documents and drawings match and to ensured that there are no errors.• Followed up on official correspondence between us and between supervisory authorities, such as outgoing and incoming books, and I am responsible for writing the outgoing books.• Assisted the Tenders Estimator in preparing comprehensive financial and technical offers.• Review of Technical Proposal’s requirements as per the Invitation to Bid Documents and related contract specifications, drawings, etc.• Outline project specifications and submission requirements• Prepare comparison sheet between the selected suppliers and sub-contractors.• Ensure proper archiving and documentation of all paperwork, approvals, communication, decisions… etc. in the workflow• Verify on-site occupational safety and health standards for projects as a certified public safety supervisor• Visits project site on an as-needed basis and manage & processes collected information from site visits
