Hired during the ecommerce site roll-out to support in the development and management of online marketing operations for multiple brand websites. Managed aspects of retention marketing programs, including site optimization, email, loyalty, ad copy, bids, and landing page conversion. Leveraged analytics to develop behavioral segmentation models and implemented A/B testing to continually optimize creative content and deliverability.

Supported editorial staff in all activities related to publication of professional and trade non‑fiction books within the Business & Leadership, Public Health and Psychology series. Collaborated with executive editors, across teams, to develop quarterly series strategies, with combined annual revenues of $8.2 million.
