I manage the video training department at BER, the number one provider of education seminars in the United States. I develop and produce teaching strategy videos for staff development in K-12 schools and teacher education. Each product involves developing an outline, creating a shooting schedule, directing onsite taping, writing the script, and working with an editor who does the actual editing with Final Cut. My latest venture is to create online learning courses using the video products we've developed over the last 13 years.
