With a background in Real Estate, including managing Escrow Departments and specializing in Commercial and Special Projects for Title Companies and Banks in San Diego County, Mona has learned the art of project management. Presently, Mona is on the Governance Board at Escondido Christian School. She is an Associate Producer of Carols by Candlelight, a beloved San Diego Christmas Concert, returning for its 30th year at the California Center of the Arts in Escondido. Dedicated to championing the welfare of children, Carols by Candlelight donates all net proceeds to Rady Children's Hospital of San Diego. Mona has served on the Parent Volunteer Organization for Escondido Charter High School and the PTF for Escondido Christian School, where she has organized many fundraisers which benefit the schools. In 2013, Mona’s community service efforts were acknowledged with a Woman of Distinction Recognition for her “exemplary volunteerism, continuous demonstration of inspirational leadership, and outstanding dedication to improving the education of children in Escondido and San Diego” from California Legislature Assembly, District 75 – Marie Waldron, Assemblymember. She is a member of and the Treasurer for the Escondido Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member ENRG, Cambridge Who’s Who & National Association of Professional Women. “I am a people person who loves to help – an attitude that I hope each and every one of our clients can sense.”
