• Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive demand generation, lead qualification, and pipeline growth for our partners and joint customers• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and marketing, to align on partner programs, messaging, and go-to-market strategies• Manage partner enablement programs that provide training, certification, and resources to help partners sell and deliver our solutions effectively• Conduct regular partner business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues• Collaborate with partners to co-create content, events, and campaigns that showcase our joint value proposition and differentiate us in the market• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels, from executives to technical resources, to ensure their success and satisfaction• Provide ongoing communication and support to partners, including regular updates on product roadmaps, pricing, and promotions, as well as feedback on their performance and suggestions for improvement• Monitor partner performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, and customer satisfaction, and report on trends and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders• Contribute to the development and execution of our global partner program, including defining partner tiers, benefits, and requirements, as well as setting policies and procedures for partner engagement and management
