● Provide technical experience for reporting, database development, automated forms, and automation of manual processes.● Assist with monitoring project status and identify risks, issues.● Anticipate issues and facilitate resolution.● Create queries that extract data from Facets claims platform; analyze that data for trends and anomalies, and further review, forecast, and trend that data ● Present analyses and interpretations for operational and business review and planning ● Drive system and process improvements primarily on the Facets CSP platform (May assist with improvement opportunities on multiple platforms) ● Collects and interprets data from various internal and external sources; prepares and compiles data ● Designs and/or develops specific queries/reports to facilitate analysis ● Data mapping (e.g. between source and target databases; mapping screen fields to database columns) ● Assist business and systems analysts with business rule and data integration ● Identify data validation risks and solutions/strategies

• Analyze institutional and physician contracts (intent) to determine system compatibility• Execute and validate test scripts based upon the system requirements and identify and document defects when performing test execution. Assist in the planning, design and execution of testing Design test scripts to ensure system configuration accuracy.• Work closely with network operations, healthplans, project managers• Participate in meetings and conference calls with internal and external customers to manage project milestones.• Validate auto adjudication accuracy and configuration through focused testing and analysis.• Analyze business processes and tools related to each assigned project and data generated during each process.• Collaborate with team members and make recommendations related to the most effective, highest quality, most appropriate solution.• Generate business documentation that clearly articulates the objectives, scope, and business requirements of each assigned project to all relevant colleagues.• Identify future process improvement initiatives where applicable and assist in the prioritization of those initiatives by quantifying needs and benefits• Utilize process analysis and design expertise and based on project objectives, scope and requirements, design new or reengineer existing processes to implement new or changed procedures, eliminate duplicate effort, reduce errors, and increase efficiency and effectiveness of business processes • Generate routine status reports for assigned projects in the form and at times requested by management
