• Analyze institutional and physician contracts (intent) to determine system compatibility
• Execute and validate test scripts based upon the system requirements and identify and document defects when performing test execution. Assist in the planning, design and execution of testing Design test scripts to.
• Work closely with network operations, healthplans, project managers
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with internal and external customers to manage project milestones.
• Validate auto adjudication accuracy and configuration through focused testing and analysis.
• Analyze business processes and tools related to each assigned project and data generated during each process.
