He helps the team identify the highest-value opportunities, prioritise its backlog and to design great solutions and features that benefit internal and external customers.

• Led a program to define and implement a Target Operating Model for Client Off-boarding in a Wholesale middle office (Consolidating the Middle Offices of the Investment Bank and Commercial Bank)• Co-ordinated the Annual Investment Case (transformation budget) process for Client Operations• Designed the department's strategy focussed on improving transformation capability globally inc. Org/Op Model, location strategy, training and development

• Responsible for the design and execution of an end-to-end process for the migration of clients as a contingency for a hard-Brexit scenario. This required the re-design of policies and processes across client management, CDD, credit, legal, regulatory compliance and trading operations• This business critical project required constant interaction with senior stakeholders across all lines of business and functions in a constantly fluctuating regulatory and commercial environment

• Led a number of change projects that enhanced the processes, tech and governance of resource allocations, finances, projects and applications• Responsible for a global project to simplify and accelerate the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff, leading a team based across 4 regions. In a short time we delivered significant costs savings and reduced the time to on-board by 30%

•4x 6month placements across different areas of the Investment Bank. I carefully chose a set of roles and departments that would give me the best understanding and experience of how the bank operates

As part of a conference organisation team I developed and ran events for the education and government sectors. I liaised with venues, caterers, speakers, exhibitors etc. to ensure the events would run as smoothly as possible. I beta-tested during the transition to an online booking system; identifying issues and developing new functions and optimisations. I wrote the internal operating procedures for its use and instructed customers during its inception.

As a UKCC accredited squash coach I worked primarily at Ashtead Squash Club along with other clubs and schools in Surrey.
