Student Record Data Team Supervisor

Manage student records, data entry and clean up, assist faculty with Northstar database, manage student portal and class data within Northstar database

Assist students in registration process, provide excellent customer service, handle and organize student files and data

-assist in new employee hiring, onboarding, and orientation -work with General Manager to help with student employee morale-create incentive programs to assist in employee success-hold monthly Student Success committee meetings

Lead and direct camp during the summer weeks, hold collaborative staff meetings, support Camp Counselors, delegate tasks, ensure safety with ropes course activities
