November 2017 - June 2018:As a Customer Strategy and Engagement Project Manager, I strive to enhance customer satisfaction, choice, safety, convenience and comfort by developing, implementing and optimizing a customer engagement strategy for SoCalGas. My key areas of responsibility include leveraging analytical insight to understand consumer demographics, behaviors and preferences as well as company goals to develop an approach for proactively tailoring the customer experience. I actively collaborate across various internal teams and external groups to implement tailored customer interaction and outreach opportunities.December 2016 - October 2017:As the lead for the Advanced Meter Systems Health team within the Network Management group, I managed key stakeholders to reconcile various systems and identify upstream root causes for various data exceptions. I prioritized the resolution of back-office exceptions and remediation of field related issues to ensure accurate and timely billing of customers. February 2015 - November 2016:As a Benefits Realization Project Manager, I executed a business strategy which monitored and maximized early benefits achievement for the Advanced Metering Infrastructure project ($185MM from Operational Groups over a 5-year deployment period). Through innovative analytics, insights, and data presentment, and by working closely with various project, IT, business, and external field groups, I was able to implement practical and impactful business improvement solutions.

As a part of Capgemini's intensive onboarding program, I completed a two-week interactive training in Atlanta, Georgia, which focused Capgemini’s methodologies in meeting facilitation, problem solving, client interaction, and deliverable expectations. I subsequently completed a five-week series of technical development courses in Mumbai, India. This cultural immersion experience focused on requirements integration, data visualization, and introductory query design; these classes were taught by our overseas counterparts. As a staff consultant, I supported the Project Management Office for the SoCalGas Advanced Metering Infrastructure project in various roles. As part of the governance team, I lead the analysis of risks, issues, and change requests (Clarity), and in the execution of back office and front office reports. As Master Scheduler, I managed schedules from 12 IT and specialty business support teams (Microsoft Project), delivering inter-group dependency analyses, baseline comparison reports, and various ad-hoc special projects and deliverables. As a Business Analyst, I facilitated various client workshops to develop business process designs and identify business process gaps.As a senior consultant, I continued to support the PMO and became more involved in client management. I worked directly with the engagement manager and various industry leaders to ensure appropriate staffing and resource extensions and to identify additional sales opportunities. Additionally, I continued to work closely with Capgemini's National Recruiting Team and was nominated the lead campus representative at USC.

I began my career at PwC as a sourcing department intern, working closely with the head campus recruiters in Southern California to organize and lead various summer programs. During this internship, I also shadowed audit, tax, and consulting mentors to develop a comprehensive understanding of the accounting profession. I returned the following summer to complete an internship in the Private Company Services Tax Department and was selected to represent the firm on campus as a student ambassador. As a Tax Associate, I worked closely with various professionals on federal, state, and local tax compliance engagements for publicly traded and privately held companies in various industries.

As a teaching assistant, I taught and tutored introductory financial accounting while furthering my own knowledge in the subject matter. I conducted office hours, prepared lesson plans, and graded exams. As an administrative assistant, I worked closely with the professor to ensure coordination and continuity between the various teaching assistants, timely and accurate grade reporting, and exam consistency. As this was a mandatory introductory course for both business and accounting majors, upwards of 800 students took this class each semester.
