Significant accomplishments included:- Queen Mary, Long Beach - Developed and supported 2900-ton chilled water plant project serving ship and surrounding attractions. Also developed viable proposal to provide 12kV electric service, which SCE ultimately competed with and prevailed, which benefitted the customer.- Bunker Hill District Energy Plant - Led effort to install 5000-ton chiller including LCCA, SOW and competitive contractor selection. The resultant project saved $3M annually.

Significant activities included developing energy project proposals for 1) Diego Garcia Naval Support Facility energy and water privatization; 2) Universal Studios central CW plant; 3) Pointe Anaheim; 4) CBS Radio; 5) Queen Mary CW Plant; 6) Playa Vista; 7) USC CW plant.

Supported commercial and industrial demand-side management programs for 35 account executives including design, regulatory authorization and reporting, implementation, and measurement & evaluation. Provided budget guidance, resource planning and achieved necessary authorizations that supported a $20M annual marketing budget through two general rate cases. Created, designed and supported an incremental $20M Select Technologies program that was a forerunner to SoCalGas' New Technology programs.

Provided fire protection engineering support for refinery and federal government projects.
