Also developed viable proposal to provide 12kV electric service, which SCE ultimately competed with and prevailed, which benefitted the customer.- Bunker Hill District Energy Plant - Led effort to install 5000-ton chiller including LCCA, SOW and competitive contractor selection. The resultant project saved $3M annually.
