Working on Qatar portfolio managing all workshare projects from WP Home offices.• Managing and coordinating multidiscipline engineering activities and inter-discipline interfaces for multiple projects.• Accountable for Projects RFS, PAAF requirements, scopes, budget, man-hours, technical clarifications, streamlining procedures etc. for smooth execution of Projects in Global Integrated Delivery (GID) roles.• Responsible for Quality, schedule & budget management, change management, engineering co-ordination, resolving engineering issues within engineering disciplines, capturing lessons learnt on the project and close-out.• Involved in proposals and manhours estimation by supporting Home office for bidding to the customers.• Preparing Project Execution Plans, Workshare Execution Plans, Work Release Packages, Project Progress Reports etc. for Workshare Projects.

• Responsible to assist the Project Engineering Manager for smooth execution of Engineering Activities within the scheduled time, Budgeted Cost & with adequate level of quality• Management and coordination of engineering activities of various disciplines for a project and/or proposal to comply with the contractual requirements.• To participate in Audits and Monthly Review meetings with client/management.• Monitoring the man-hours consumed against budgeted for proper execution of project.• Review the contract in terms of scope of work and raise change notice to client for scope changes.• Monitoring Vendor documentation.• Responsible to monitor KPI (Key performance indicators)• P&ID Management• Worked as a Field Engineering Coordinator by supervising and resolving onsite problems in consultation with Engineering, Project Manager and PMC/Client.• Attend weekly review meetings with the PMC/Client to discuss progress acheived in addition to other concerns which needs to be resolved.• Coordinate with various disciplines to expedite the engineering deliverables• To ensure and monitor squad check of multi disciplinary engineering documentation• Preparation of equipment list, project co-ordination procedures etc

• Co-ordination with various Project disciplines, consultants and vendors.• Preparation of Basic engineering documents.• Pump Calculations such as Differential Head, NPSH, Power etc.• Utility sizing, Line sizing.• Equipment list and line list preparation.• Exposure to ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assurance requirements
