Senior Auditor – Internal Control Unit Head Back-upEnsure timely and professional Branches, Direct Sales offices/Branch Lights, Head Office and Bonus reviews (according to the schedule). All issues revealed were discussed with Branch Managers/District Managers, Unit Managers/Area Managers and HO Department Heads in order to be properly addressed and resolved. Gaps were explained to ensure the best Corrective Action Plans are developed and implemented. My experience in identifying and addressing gaps was continuously increased and shared with the BMs/DMs, UMs/AMs and HO Deptms Heads along with the audit reports to inspire them with the ability to pro-actively detect any process gap. Ensured ACCeSS (Automated Control and Compliance Self-assessment System) technical support (creating/deleting users/branches/districts, realigning branches/districts, etc) and Branch Self Assessment/District Self Assessment coordination (quarterly testing and issues monitoring). Monitor and validate the corrective action plans implementation to avoid the respective problems reappearing. Train and help the new auditors (2 peoples) to take over their job responsibilities as soon as possible. Revised the Branch Audit Program Manual for Romania.Create audit schedule for 2007 and 2008 and implement the audit program for Sales Units and Branch Lights. This helped branches in having a better understanding of identified issues and was also very useful for HO functions (processes improvement).Keep / maintain a good relationship with colleagues in HQ and branches and ensure a good image of Control Unit within the company.Focus on Branch Review process. Strictly follow the Branch Audit Program (BAP), local and global policies and procedures. Identify and duly monitor the revealed risk issues. Identify and escalate the processes gaps and duly monitor the corrective action plans implementation.Achievements:I took my new responsibilities very quickly. I started reviewing branches by myself within 3 weeks after hiring, proving a good understanding of the Branch Audit Program as well as of the branch processes. I had also participated in 3 Head Office reviews (twice in Romania and once in Slovakia) proving good abilities for this type of review as well;I was a key person in implementing ACCeSS (web-based Self Assessment tool for branches). I provided afferent training and afterwards support to branches.
