Hire, train, and maintain staff. Manage staff in providing job support services to clients. Make and maintain a budget. Run two different programs and make sure they are meeting the expectations of funders.

Functions personally performed in this position include, but are not limited to: - Market the program to funders, families, school personnel, and potential consumers. - Build and maintain relationships with potential, current, and past employers/volunteer sites. - Complete direct services which include discovery, exploration, job preparation, job development, coaching, and long-term supports. - Develop and ensure the development of professional written plans, outcomes, goals, consumer resumes, cover letters, and other internal and external communications. - Coordinate the SWEP program, to include intake, job site development, hiring and programmatic oversight. - Actively participate as part of the Person Centered Planning team to assist consumers in identifying their career plan which may include employment or volunteer goals. - Mentor assigned staff to ensure quality provision of services and increased staff competency. - Coordinate funding between UCP Heartland and various funding sources including the completion of invoices as applicable, attendance entry and database billing and review of information for eligibility and accuracy prior to submission. - Develop job sites for the purpose of volunteerism and paid employment opportunities. - Coordinate, arrange for, and/or provide supports needed at the job sites. - Complete performance evaluations at least annually on all employees directly supervised. - Assist with the preparation of grants, and completion of reporting requirements for funding sources. - Ensure the program meets all applicable accreditation and licensure standards by applying standards through a fiscal and programmatic analysis of the program.

Provide employment services, such as Discovery and Exploration, Job Development, Coaching, and Retention. Maintain client case files. Work alongside funders (Vocational Rehabilitation, Productive Living Board, Department of Mental Health).
