We are a patient advocacy company. Our primary focus is helping low income uninsured patients to qualify for programs that help them receive their prescription medicine. Without our help, many patients would have to choose between purchasing their prescription medication or food and other basic necessities. Still more would have to go without the medications that their doctor prescribes or take less than what is necessary. Indeed, millions of Americans find themselves in this position and we seek every day to help these people. In 2005 we were able to help 2046 people to receive 12,046 prescriptions (90 day supplies) valued at approximately $14,445,840. By the end of 2007 those numbers will triple. The positions available include a number of different duties. From working on behalf of our patients with pharmaceutical companies and doctors offices. Dealing directly with our patients and working to assist them with getting their medications. Handling sensitive patient files and paperwork and processing information with pharmaceutical companies to assist our patients in procuring their medications from the pharmaceutical companies. Legal Assistant and Notary. Office of seven attorneys. (Family Law, Bankruptcy, Collection, Wills & Estates, Occupational License) Preparation of letters, and drafting necessary documents. Meeting with clients for intakes. Entering intake information into Legal Server. Data entry. Answering phones, screening applicants, and setting up appointments. Filing Orders, setting Hearings. Legal research for attorneys. Assisting execution of Wills. Creating files and scanning documents. Assisting with Pro-Se Divorces. Setting up and checking in applicants with quesionnaires for night clinics for EJVP.
