• Supervise associate Scheduling & Logistics personnel.• Coordinate and schedule all job tasks for the Field Service Department in the Western Region.• Coordinate and schedule all training for the Field Service Department in the Western Region.• Responsible for maintaining Customer Contact List.• Maintain the Master Customer Files ensuring all required documents are secured & archived correctly.• Maintain, complete and submit employee Performance Management to include consistent input in Performance Journals.• Coach and counsel employees effectively to ensure maximum productivity and professional behavior are maintained at all times.• Develop and maintain comprehensive business relationships with all WMS internal and external Customers.• Develop and implement proficient policies, procedures and guidelines to drive Customer Orders to ensure level-loaded quarters for maximum labor capacity.

• Receive customer calls regarding credit / billing inquiries, pricing, description, and availability of parts. • Daily processing of Field Service Reports including billing and restocking of the service vans inventory.• Maintain an accurate warehouse inventory.• Inventory control of parts being sent to vendors for repair.• Assist in the field during software upgrades.• Assist the Eprom room with burning of software.

• Receive high volume service calls from business locations; determine nature, location, priority of call, and dispatch field personnel.• Maintain contact with all field personnel at all times.• Verify all data entry and run daily reports for lead technicians and management.• Assist in training all new dispatchers.• Perform various clerical duties.
