At Cargill I work to standardize training methods and metrics for the edible oil business unit in North America. I have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a proven track record of improving manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. I design and deliver engaging and effective course materials for various levels of employees, from operators to managers, using a variety of methods and tools. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
