Client Success Manager
Current- Own the strategic management and convey the success of assigned accounts according to defined goals and KPIs, from planning to tactical implementation, reporting, and presentation.
- Build content and marketing plans that include digital, print, and other tactics such as nurture streams, SEO/SEM, social media, site development and online events.
- Ensure profitability of assigned accounts and manage clients’ budgets including cost analysis, media planning and buying and hiring of freelance authors for specialist subject matter.
- Operate within client marketing platforms including Hubspot, Sharpspring and Marketo
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules for production
- Monitor clients’ marketing automation, CRM, and website analytics and conduct quarterly review meetings
