Bids + Submissions• Interpret client briefs and identify and source the best content and knowledge to support the bid.• Work alongside senior leadership group to develop key bid messages• Assist with the capture and management of documentation across tender portals.• Assist in writing, editing and formatting submissions and marketing collateral (peer review as required)Graphic Design• Collating content and producing high quality submissions and tenders. • Maintain graphics resources library and CVs and ensure they are up to date• Act as the brand guardian and ensure consistency of branding across all marketing activity• Implementation and maintaining of all elements of Gray Puksand’s visual identity across collateral: capability statements, project sheets, profiles. • Maintaining the submissions template and assisting in developing content.• Support marketing and communication teamCRM, Knowledge and Practice Management• Assist in updating the CRM database with respect to prospects, projects and client/ contact details.• Manage submissions spreadsheet and database and ensure it is updated regularly.• Manage (with the National Operations Manager) the Quality Management procedures including Project Registration, Shall We Submit, Proposal Review, Win/No Win Review.Signage and Wayfinding• Develop way-finding solutions and environmental graphics. • Design and documentation of environmental graphics and signage.
