Guided by intersectional feminist values and approaches, I am committed to a radical transformation of the global development sector and building a more representative, equitable, queer, anti-racist, and decolonial future. I leverage my skills and specialties in strategic planning, cross-team collaboration and cohesion, organizational management and effectiveness, trust-based partnerships, and program management to re-envision what a feminist, global NGO should look like. With a decade of experience in the global development and social justice sectors, currently at Women Deliver, I provide direct support to the President/CEO to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Executive Office and the organization's programs and operations. I also lead the organization’s strategic planning, organizational work planning and project management at core global moments and cross-team initiatives. As a Third Culture Kid, I hail from Portugal and Norway by way of the UK, the Netherlands, and the US, and speak five languages. I have lived and worked in Nicaragua, Kenya, Tanzania, Guinea-Bissau, and Timor-Leste on gender justice issues and with a diversity of communities.
