As a User Experience Researcher at Regions, I conduct enterprise-wide research studies using a mixed methods research approach, supporting products as they go from idea to implementation and beyond. I provide strategic analysis and facilitate generative studies and workshops, but also tactical guidance and facilitate feedback collection on product implementation. I collaborate across teams, balancing user needs with business requirements and technical constraints. Some techniques I use to do my work are: interviews, ethnographic studies, surveys, card sorting, tree testing, preference and desirability testing, plus quantitative and qualitative usability testing.
