HR Professional with over 20 years experience in the Human Resources market, being over 10 of them in a multinational recruitment consultancy company which is the biggest in its market: Randstad. Having worked in all the HR subsystems, the last years have been focused on recruitment for multiple clients in a large variety of markets. Processes such as selecting, restructuring, start ups and graduates are some of the ones she has been working on and accomplishing very good results. As the HR Manager of the main Randstad office in Brazil, she leads a team of specialists which count on the confidence of the most important companies in the country as a high quality provider not only of recruitment processes, but also of consultancy and advice, result of her expertise and good relationship, as well as commercial skills. Apart from that, Monika has also worked in very important internal projects, among which we mention: creation of the induction program for new employees, development and translation of tests produced by the USA and the UK, key user and trainer of recruitment management system. Besides that, managed the recruitment, selection, hiring and administration of more than 2000 temporary for the Word Cup in 2014 and Olimpic Games in 2016.
