CurrentResinTech Regeneration Services, a division of ResinTech, Inc. (formerly ACM Technologies) supplies the metal finishing facilities with closed loop ion-exchange water treatment systems and resin regeneration services to process water that is contaminated with heavy metals. Our products and services are used in semi-conductor manufacturing facilities with dicing saws, grinders and/or PCB washers. Metal finishing facilities, to include plating and anodizing facilities use our closed loop DI systems to filter their rinse tanks, thereby, reducing water consumption, labor, and operating costs, while improving product quality. In addition, we also provide Ultrapure DI systems for makeup water for a wide variety of facilities.Exhausted ion-exchange vessels are regenerated at our facility in Maryland. All contaminants are legally recycled and the tanks are returned to your facility for reuse.Our expertise in ion exchange allows us to custom custom design systems of all sizes for the facilities specific needs. Sometimes this includes specialty resin for specific contaminants.
