Currently, I steer the Human Resource function for 400+ at Alliance Insurance Brokers. In the recent past, I have been leading the behavioural and soft skills training vertical at Acumen from sales, content development, and the execution point of view. I have more than two decades of experience in Academics and Counseling, where my expertise has been in enriching the lives of several through meaningful interactions, and imparting knowledge along with hope. During this time, I have counseled individuals and groups across various ages, right from young children, to geriatrics. I have dealt with a wide spectrum of human concerns ranging from anger management, stress management, time management, overcoming addiction, relationship concerns, parenting concerns, and anxiety.I am a people’s person and am extremely passionate about training. This ability has promoted me to take up training in a big way. I have significant experience in identifying training needs, and packaging the right solution and content. As a trainer, I have been recognized for creating a lasting impact on the participants.I believe in experiencing each moment and living a fulfilling life. Born and raised in Mumbai, and having spent the early years of my career in East Africa, have helped me evolve into a courageous, adaptable, rational, empathetic, and yet unassuming personality. This enables me deal to with any human challenges with grace and poise.In times where one needs to be versatile, I founded my own Consultancy, Metamorphose Counseling & Training, through which I offer L & D and EAP services to corporates and individuals. I am also a Pain Coach with Painacea Pain Relief Centre, where I work towards the counseling and life enrichment of different types of pain patients.
