An experienced business leader, property and finance expert, Monica has a wealth of knowledge in starting, leading and driving profitable businesses across many industries, in addition to building a successful property portfolio across the world.Throughout her travel career, Monica has lead 25 operational teams of 120 people through a merger, within a fast paced Global Travel Management Company in the UK, whilst improving the customer experience, operational performance and profitability of the businesses. Other ventures include a successful international property portfolio, and the multi award winning Mortgage Choice South Melbourne operation. A more recent role undertaken, was the Chief Operations Officer at Neo Analytics, a Fintech company specialising in advanced AI and Data Analytics, assisting in the formation and early growth of the company.Monica then turned to agriculture and horticulture, and created Romley Estate. An olive and cattle farming enterprise on 185 acres in Willunga, South Australia. Romley Estate’s high quality oils have consistently won medals and trophies at both state and national competitions in recent years, most recently taking Reserve Champion of Class and Gold Medals at the 2022 Australian International Olive Awards. Monica is also an experienced olive oil judge, and Associate Savante.Monica's current and most enjoyable business venture, is Everything Olive, a natural skincare range curated and made by herself using her own extra virgin olive oil. Monica is also undertaking studies to be a cosmetic formulator to enhance the product range and grow it to be a global skincare brand in the natural and sustainable skincare space.
