The Harvard Innovation Labs is a robust and cross-disciplinary ecosystem for the entire Harvard community to explore innovation and entrepreneurship while building deeper connections.As Co-Founder of TAP and Harvard Graduate School of Education student , I was admitted into the first generation of startups incubated by the Harvard Innovation Lab's Social Impact Fund and Won the Harvard Social Impact Fund competition.

Educational Projects1. Designed a game as a social emotional tool for Universal Design for Learning (UDL) which helps students increase self-awareness and cope with anger management.2. Created a formative evaluation proposal including logic models, theories of action, evaluation questions, and data collection recommendations for Cristo Rey Network of Schools.3. Created a professional development workshop curriculum with gender equity as a central lens for integrating the Data Wise Improvement Process using Florida English School as a case study.4.Explored the association between Drop Out rates of girls in upper primary grades across different states in India and the availability of girls toilets in schools.

NRB Bearings Limited is India's premier friction solutions provider. Over 90% of vehicles on Indian roads run on NRB products. As the Strategy Consultant to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, I was part of teams that conceptualised and executed priority projects for the senior management. I have worked on key strategic initiatives to grow business, increase profits and expand global footprint. I have also formulated business strategy and development architecture of the new Aerospace vertical and also helped devise the South East Asian market strategy.I was pivotal in interactions with Quantum - a brand management company that NRB worked with to revamp its branding strategy. I was also in charge of establishing the ICSD- INNOVATION CENTER FOR SUSTAINABLE DESIGN, which served as the R&D hub for the new product development. I have played a key role in designing communication stratagems for the VC and MD for national and international forums.I have represented NRB at multiple national and international avenues including the UKTI Conference, Aviation Expos etc.

First Engineering Technologies combines cutting edge manufacturing technologies with machine learning and computer vision to enhance customer experiences for both consumer and industrial products. First is currently researching and developing products using 3D printing technology and advanced finishing techniques along with customization algorithms.As part of the ground breaking team at First Engineering, I helped articulate and define the forward thinking strategy of the organization. Among the various responsibilities my role entailed were performing extensive product benchmarking, participating in iterative product design, enabling a robust and best in class technological outlook ,and helping conceptualize a pioneering product.I also lead the branding team to create Brand Architecture and positioning strategies, and the marketing team to undertake competitor analysis, identify target audience and define efficient modes of communication for the defined audience. I have also played a major role in the recruitment of new hires and have also contributed to the infrastructure and set up of the manufacturing unit. I have also picked up the nuances of 3D Modelling tools during my stint at First Engineering.
