Monica’s dream is to improve the lives of individuals across marginalized communities in India through her work in Non-Profits & Social Enterprises. Pursued her mid-career Master’s in Public Administration, she received her Master’s in Education Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2020. She is a recipient of the Fulbright and Aga Khan Development Network scholarship Monica is an engineer turned liberal arts major. Bringing experience across domains of technology, manufacturing, and education, she co-founded The Apprentice Project (TAP) - a nonprofit working to end educational inequity through 21st-century skills-based curricula. Her goal is to fundamentally alter education through systems-level change. She is a Young India Fellow, Anant Aspen Fellow and awardee of the ‘Woman Entrepreneur of the year’ by Banasthali university. Her mission is to strengthen the domain of social impact and help create ecosystems that will end inequity across all walks of life.
