I help business professionals achieve their desired results period. ► Personal Strategic Blueprint Development - This comprehensive approach to building personal strategic plans is customized based on my client’s particular situation. The output is a clear plan with a clear overall vision, mission, goals, objectives and a specific action plan on how to realize these goals and objectives. In addition, accountability structures are set up to ensure that my client actually takes the appropriate steps needed. ► Transition Coaching - An average of 25% of all managers and 40% of high potentials transition in any given year. In addition, new employees are continuously transitioning into organizations. This constant churn obviously comes at a cost. The coaching program that I facilitate provides concepts, exercises, as well as an organizational and/or personal strategy and associated practical tactics that will quickly enable growth and development in specific areas of professional, leadership and interpersonal life.
