President, Orange Coast Region for 2020-2021 term. Orange Coast Region is one of the largest Porsche Clubs in the world. Oversee activities, weekly and monthly social and driving events for ~3,000 Porsche enthusiasts and their family and friends.

DIAMOND SELECT CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE PROGRAM. Developed program as a funnel for off-lease vehicles, and as an avenue for dealers to maximize used car profits. Created Policies and Procedures Guidebook, Management Reports and Marketing Materials for a successful implementation.END OF LEASE PROGRAM. Created effective consumer communication tools for the dealer network, as well as direct marketing pieces to the customer to encourage purchase of leased car. Created and implemented Incentive Programs and support materials to increase dealer participation at Auction.FLEET ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR. Evolved the department for Fleet Management consisting of 60,000 vehicles. Created all procedures, processes and guidelines for department. Sold vehicles at auction. Designed and implemented management reports for monitoring and control of corporate vehicle operations. Coordinated returns from Fleet and Vehicle Service Operations and their sale by auction.

MITSUBISHI MOTORS PROTOTYPICAL FLAGSHIP DEALERSHIP PROJECT. Lead the development, design and implementation of this project, and other site controlled facilities. Including analysis and selection of design elements, negotiating contracts with vendors, selection of architects and contractors, productions of associated informational materials and ensuring compliance with program rules and guidelines. Program goals included the re-imaging of 95% of all dealerships nationwide. Accountable for dealerships in Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico and U.S.
