- Post Entry Audit - A random sampling of entries should be audited for completeness and accuracy. If errors are identified, corrective actions and post summary corrections should be completed.- Desk Audit - The desk audit utilizes a detailed questionnaire to determine if the importer has sufficient systems, processes and resources in place to ensure an acceptable level of compliance with Customs laws and regulations.- Broker Management and Scorecards - Honeywell should utilize approved brokers with proper SOP’s in place. In addition, broker scorecards should be completed by conducting a review of import declarations processed by the broker and evaluating key broker account management criteria to ensure acceptable service levels.- Training - Per Company policy, the Import Compliance COE will provide training to relevant functions covering important subject matter areas. All training should be logged in the Learning Hub.- Import Metrics - Import metrics including number of transactions, total value, duty savings, disclosures, audits, and training hours are entered into a tracking tool for analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.

- Responsible for the development, implementation and day-to-day operation of an appropriate trade control compliance program within Real Estate department of Shell, including implementation of corrective actions, where necessary. - Liaise with the Real Estate’s Ethics & Compliance Manager (ECM) to communicate the status of the compliance program, report incidents and corrective actions, and share other information as needed.- Provide HS codes and ECCN.- Assess the trade control risks within RE, in consultation with RE’s ECM and RE Trade Controls Manager and implement controls as required by the Trade Control Manual. Liaise with the SME and the Customs SME to ensure a fit for purpose program.- Drive the implementation and subsequent operation of the Trade Control Manual across RE.- Provide first-line Trade Control compliance advice for RE in conjunction with RE’s ECM and help to manage the resolution of red flagged trade transactions, with the authority to halt such transactions until satisfactory resolution.- Liaise with the SMEs and Trade Control Officers (TCO) in Ethics & Compliance to keep abreast of regulatory developments and changes. - Actively contribute as part of the group wide trade control manager community.- Work with the RE ECM to strengthen awareness. - With support from the SMEs and TCOs, ensure that relevant staff are aware of changes to rules and requirements across RE - Create plans for the business/functions which are credible, competitive and affordable (i.e. KPI's as part of RE Dashboard).

• Provide support for APJ Regional Trade Controls team by performing activities related to export control screening of business partners, sales orders, delivery documents and customer records• Assist supply chain processes and coordinating with all the supply chain teams across the organization.• Manage blocked records in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or other applications, per Service Level Agreement, for:• Restricted Parties List (RPL)• Non-Proliferation Screening• Embargoed Countries Screening• Export License Determination• Review and manage Business Partners (master data) on RPL hold• Facilitate business processes and trade activities, while interacting pro-actively with the business and global functions; escalate issues according to process guidelines• Coordinate with other Global Trade teams on classification and licensing matters• Respond to requests regarding screening escalations submitted to team mailbox• Produce reports using IT systems and analyse data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings to management • Analysis of backlog management • Performing compliance audits. • Gather demand data from country, region, and account managers to contribute to demand planning • Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes• Participate in IT projects by supporting UAT testing• Provide activity metrics on a regular basis• Available for occasional meetings with colleagues in other regions/time zones

Complying with internal controls, policies and procedures and regularly reviewing and updating procedures and documentation, Analysing trade related information on various countries, Updating various rates: import duty, export duty from government websites, Identify and effectively escalate any potential trade compliance related issues to the appropriate person and suggest corrective actions to address the issues, working on various trade related projects and handling clients like DHL, Bundletech, Nissan. Research restricted party for my assigned countries and provide relevant national government sources.Responsibilities:• Covering all import related duty and taxes of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Norway, Nigeria, and Uruguay• Regular monitoring of all notifications from Ministry of Customs, Ministry of External Affair, Ministry of Chambers and Commerce etc.• Performing compliance audits.• Cover all new FTAs along with their future duty rates• Create test cases for testing in DHL TAS• Research on restricted party for assigned countries• Checking the COO, ROO for the assigned countries• Updating all the rates for the HSNs and regularly updating those rates• Providing HS codes and ECCN for all the items requested by the clients
