Sector: Construction and Real Estate.Over the last few years in my position in Hjellnes Consult I have been involved in various projects, where I've had different roles and responsibilities. Some of them include:Project and team management of R&D and innovation projects. - Guide an innovation group of 12 in development of a new software aimed at facilitating planning and decision-making process in sustainable building design, using agile principles.Market research. Business development. - Designed and conducted a qualitative market research that allowed the firm to test a new digital service idea and identify business improvement opportunities.Management of projects with special focus on sustainability and energy performance. Cross-functional team leadership. - Led a multidisciplinary team in an innovative building retrofit pilot project. Developed and executed a respective project sales presentation that earned the firm a long-time client.Business development. Key achievements/Tasks:- Successfully managed the branch office and a €800k budget project and achieved scheduled goals, having only 11 months previous PM assistant experience.- Planned, supervised and coordinated the daily activity of a multinational team of over 20, including technicians, quality control and administrative personnel.- In charge of all operations related to opening and closing the branch office and starting the project activity, including: overseeing administrative and contractual issues; hiring personnel and securing necessary training and work permits; negotiating vendor agreements; planning manpower, material and equipment resources and project schedules; establishing and maintaining good relationships with the client and third parties, etc.- Prepared the financial reports and other project related documents and reported on progress and results to the client and the company executives.NDT Polska is a company providing engineering services in the Oil and Gas sector. The company is a part of the SICES Group. Project: Elefsis Refinery Upgrade Project - Area 1 Flexicocker Unit.
